30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement, provided the request is made within 30 days.
Conditions for Refunds & Replacements
To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@hybridfone.co.za. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable.
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll update you on the status of your replacement or refund. Our response time is typically within 2 business days.

Refund Method: If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. If the payment method is no longer available, we will issue store credit.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policy. In some cases, it may take up to two billing cycles.
Wrong Product Received
If you received the wrong product, please reach out to us immediately at support@hybridfone.co.za, including your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the incorrect item. We’ll promptly send you the correct product. Refunds are not issued for wrong items. The incorrect item must be returned to us.
Late Delivery
While we aim to deliver within 3-5 business days, shipping times can vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as inventory delays. We do not offer refunds for late deliveries unless the delay exceeds the expected shipping window by more than 7 business days. Please refer to the product description for estimated shipping times before making your purchase.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
Return Address
Please do not return products to our address without prior approval from our Customer Support Team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed for refunds or replacements.
